[AC Question]

Need help pls tried all the above but still not working its dead cold. Device not even warming up. My Note wouldn't even come on about three months ago. Took it to d service center and they said the software is broken down. But I doubt it. The screen is black. When charging nothing happens. It's so cold n very dead. Could it really be a software issue. How possible. Jst like that. All of a sudden. I need answers plssss help. Thanks

Have you tested the wallplug, the charger, the USB lead, and the battery?
