symbol on top left corner

[AC Question]

I have a symbol on my Samsung S3 that is in the top left hand corner. It is a small i within a circle and a slash through it. I think it has something to do with my notifications but I can't figure out how to get it changed back and get rid of this symbol. Any ideas?

It is hard for us to really say what it is. Would you be able to post a screenshot?

Also you can pull down the notification bar, hold down on that notification, and hit app info and it'll show what app is causing that specific notification.
