android has stopped working

Unfortunatley the prosess android.process.acore has stopped working

In the first instance, try a Soft Reset....Power Off the phone, followed by Restart.

I've had this happen twice in the last month both times I was using a task app manager cleaner and something got deleted
I have a samsung galaxy for the first time I called Sprint and they told me to go to the store and they did a hard reset I lost all my apps I lost everything had nothing backed up. At least this time tonight I had everything backed up and ready when it happened I was again uninstalling some stock apps that came with the phone that I did not want. The third party at manager told me that it was OK to uninstall them that nothing would happen but all of a sudden I started getting the message process acore has stopped and it kept flashing up every couple of seconds just like last time you couldn't do anything without having to stop and hit the OK button to make it disappear. So as it happened when I went back as soon as I reinstalled the Outlook calendar that's when the message stopped appearing. I hope this helps someone.
