DL700 updated apps phone not working properly

[AC Question]

HI can you help my Dl700 digicel phone apps i updated this morning afterwards i try to check my prepaid balance what happen the message came up on the in a flash and disapear it keep doing that when i try several time,normally i will be able to read the message reply then press ok for the message to be removed from the screen.can you tell me what can i do to solve this problem.thanks

Welcome to Android Central! So you're saying the app to check your prepaid balance keeps crashing? Are any other apps crashing?

Go to Settings>Apps, find that balance-checking app, and tap Clear Cache and Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now open the app again. You'll have to login with your account info, since the data was cleared.
