oneplus one GPS not working

Hello I have bought oneplus one recently,I am in love with the phone until I realized that GPS in the phone which I received is faulty .When I use google maps for navigation ,It shows route but fail to keep me track along the route and says "GPS signal Lost".I would greatly appreciate if there is a way to fix this and oneplus one service team really sucks .

The phones are in warranty - bring them back for replacement. If you get another one with a faulty GPS, bring it back again. Keep doing it until the carrier gets tired of enough replacements being sent back to the manufacturer (it costs the carrier for shipping) that they start complaining. When AT&T or TMobile or whichever carrier you have makes a complaint, the manufacturer listens with all ears.
