Samsung Won't Connect to my home WIFI

[AC Question]

I have a galaxy SIII mini. It connects to all WIFI networks except my own WIFI modem at home. I tried everything short of a factory reset. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried-
a battery pull
restarting several times
restarted the modem
doing a static IP
deleting the WIFI profile and reconfig
