After a factory reset my Samsung S4 mini GT-I9190 CLONE is showing an Android logo, why?

Hi, after factory reset of "Samsung S4 mini GT-I9190 CLONE" when i restart phone instead of Samsung logo the Android logo shows.
What should i have to do that again Samsung logo will be show on my phone screen
