When transfering files via Bluetooth why am I getting the error message file not sent and conncection failed?

Bluetooth file send errors

When sending pictures from my galaxy s5 to a paired pc (both the phone and the pc show as paired to each other) I get the error message "file not sent". and in the Outbound transfer file log I get the message "Connection failed".
Any ideas on what the problem might be??

Did you get an answer to this? I have an S5 which is paired to my PC but also get the same error message when trying to send photos from the phone.
