My S3 keeps restarting after an attempted SlimROM update, why is this happening?

s3 keeps restarting after attempted slimROM update

So I tried to update my slimROM for my galaxy s3 and it didnt end up working. Instead It just continuously restarts, not even making past the "samsung" logo. I got it into recovery mode and tried hard resetting it, and still nothing. Please help before my brain explodes >.< I assume I have to install an older version, if I do, how do I do this without screwing my phone up again? lol

Welcome to the forums.
I would actually try redownloading the file again, and reflashing it. Might have been a bad download or flash.
