Why is my phone non-responsive after turning on?

why is my phone nonresponsive after turning on

One minute after turning phone (centura) on, it freezes. music can play if I turn on before freeze. I have power cycled MANY times in past 32 hours since this problem started. I have removed the battery also. I need a way to access and fix this problem. I attempted to connect to my computer. It wants a PIN I cannot find. Por favor

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have an SD card inserted? If so, unmount it (in Settings>Storage​), remove it, and reboot--a corrupt card can sometimes cause problems like this.
