i reboot my phone now to log into google plat store with my gmail i cant access it but i try other eamil a. its working.... dis is the second time it happend to me last time i get code to put in an it work

Welcome to Android Central! Did you do a simple reboot or did you do an actual factory reset? If it was a simple reboot, the phone should still be logged into your main Google account. What happens when you open Google Play Store? When you swipe in from the left, do you see that Gmail account at the top of the list?
