My Viber gives an error message when entering the number, can anyone help?

I live in Iran and I faced the exact problem(recieving error message while enteing number) (+98)

i am from Iran, i have a galaxy s4& tab3, i had viber in tab 3, a few days ago i have installed viber in galaxy s4 and give my phone number in s4 (the same number in tab3).
now viber is blocked me in both devices and i had an error message in both devices and can not have the access code. I emailed to viber support and they have stated that you are blocked. I did not know that i can not use viber with the same phone number in 2 devices.
please help me.
i have reinstalled my viber, but it does not work. also i have checked with different wifi connections.
and by the way, viber does not recognize my country correctly and in your country section, ROMANIA is selected by default.
