Why haven't my emails updated since November 4th?

My incoming emails have not updated since 4th November. The outgoing ones are fine

I have a galaxy 5 and I believe all the setting are correct but it has stopped updating my incoming emails. My outgoing ones are fine but I have to go to my lap top to see my emails.

Delete the email account on the phone. Make sure there's no account in your email app (turn the phone off, wait a few seconds, then turn it on again if there still is). Create the account again.
