I have a Samsung galaxy S2. about a week ago, my phone powered off with out warning. when i turned it on again, all my apps had disappeared as well as some - but not all - of my contacts, but my music and pictures remained. my applications are still there when i go to applications manager, but they are greyed out, and the names are things like "com.facebook.orca" and "com.snapchat.andriod".
On top of this, i am unable to access google playstore in order to re-download them! i cannot click on the playstore button, and when i try to download anything from the playstore in my browser, it doesn't download the app.
i am very distressed, please help!

thank you in advance. xx

just torn off ur S2 then go to recovermode (pressing 3 buttons e.g the homekey+powerkey+volume up hold for 5 secs) then a menu will be on..touchscreen will not work so use volume keys to navigate and home key to select...select wipe data and cache :) done! the select reboot system now :) expect that it will be okay :)
