Why the screen is not lock automatically any more when I flip the cover over the screen?

Hello!

I bought a cover from leather for my Samsung Tab Pro 8.4 and at begining she lock the ecreen automatically when the cover has flip over the screen....but now doesnt work any more.

Can you help me?.....is something from soft or.....hardware?

Check that the settings to lock are enabled. Also, does it look like the cover has any damage? If so, then that may be the reason.
