Is Towelroot rooting safe? Is there a way to not make the warranty ineffective?

Is it safe? I saw some people saying that Google is showing "Google recommends you do not install this app" and that Google is prompting to uninstall... Is Towelroot rooting safe? Is the app safe?

Rooting by towelroot is perfectly safe. Google will give you the "we recommended you don't install" message for any root exploit. There is no way however to keep your warranty after root. That I know of. But if you need to send your device in for repair, just unroot. They rarely check if you device is rooted anyways.
