Have you ever been annoyed by the volume warning?

Whenever I raise the volume above a certain level with headphones, it says "Raise volume above safe levels?"... I press ok and then it doesn't show up until I reset or until about after a month... I know that you can disable it with rooting or maybe sometimes Smart Volume, but yes the volume warning is to protect you from damaging your ears but it is annoying to many people... Have you ever been annoyed by it? I have...

I've learnt to accept the health and safety features of modern times....even those childproof screw-caps on bottles that sometimes just will not come off, because the inner part is slipping.
One of my favourites was a warning - undeniably factual, but hardly necessary you'd think - on a bottle of milk: May Contain Milk.
