How do I get my keypad to reappear on my phone?

So my phone is locked and the keyboard wont show up on the screem

So my phone is locked and apparently i put in the incorrect pattern too many times. Now that i can recover it by signing to my account the keypad has disappeared. The phone responds to everything else but when i try to type there is no keyboard. but when i tap on the username and password tabs, it responds fine the keyboard just wont show up. yes i have tried to restart it over and over. It's a blu life play

do you know can be done about this?

That's weird. I'd suggest contacting the company and see if you can factory reset the device.

You could connect a USB keyboard with an OTG cable.
