how can i get my wifi and bluetooth to work on galaxy note 2 sgh-i317

i cant get my wifi or bluetooth to turn on in gs2. when i try to turn my wifi on it switches to the on position for about 2 seconds and goes right back to the off position same with the bluetooth im still running on 4.3

If having the ROM reflashed doesn't fix it, you have a hardware problem. Try the Samsung Experience desk at a Best Buy first.

ok thanks for your response. i read a couple of other threads of people who were having the same issue and came across one that said they hit there phone on the back a couple of times and it started to work for them so i tried it and believe it or not my wifi and bluetooth started working..ive been trying everything for the last two months and a couple of hard whacks to the back of the phone has solved my issue..my wifi has been going strong ever since..lol. again thanks for your help......
