The camera module would be the most likely candidate, but I wouldn't suggest that you attempt to replace it yourself if you've never repaired a cellphone, no matter how tempting it is to save all that labor cost. If you damage something else, you'll be replacing that. Then if you damage something else ... etc., until the repair bill to fix everything you broke (assuming you can find a shop that will work on a phone you worked on) will be MANY times the price of having the camera replaced.
(It's also possible that the focus driver on the motherboard is bad, which would mean a new motherboard, not a new camera. A repair shop would ascertain that before spending money on parts, then give you an estimate based on which part needed to be replaced.)
