Clock on Samsung Galaxy Note 4 runs too fast. How can I fix this please?

The clock runs fast - up to several hours ahead of actual time. I have turned off auto update of date & time as well as time zone - but it is still not fixed. When I turn the phone off & on, the clock is set to correct time but eventually runs fast again. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Welcome to Android Central! What carrier do you have? Have you asked them if there are any issues with their network, since that data is supposed to be automatically pulled from their network?

Well dang, Tapatalk does a good job truncating the title lol. I remember my wife and I, our devices did that sometimes by two hours or more for a brief few seconds. Most annoying thing ever. Factory resets never helped.
