My Irulu Tablet keeps freezing after I reset it, what do I do?

This morning when I woke up, I turned on the tablet and immediatley it started saying things like, 'Unfourtunatley, google play has stopped working'. I read online that I needed to reset it, so I did. I turned it on after it reset and it kept freezing on the set up process. I don't know if it's a piece of junk or what but some help would be nice.

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, these budget off-brand devices are more prone to hardware or firmware glitches. If it's doing this after a factory reset, then it's probably, as you say, a piece of junk. Sorry!
