How to install TWRP on Samsung GALAXY Tab 4?

Hi! I tried to install TWRP on my GALAXY Tab 4 7.0 SM-T230,but every time I tried to flash it with ODIN,it failed.It said "PASS!",it didn't passed it,because it boots still in the stock recovery.I want to install it because it can root your device,so i want to root it.Can you help me figure this out?Or,can you tell me another rooting method?I would really appreciate it.
