Exactly what Lollipop features did Samsung decide to omit from the Galaxy S5?

New Lollipop features, such as, the "guest mode", "screen pinning" and the flashlight toggle in the "quick settings" on the notification bar seem to be absent from the Lollipop update. I'm hoping these are an oversight on my part, but it looks like they were left out. There may be more, but this is all I've run across so far.

Same experience here. Very disappointing.
