android 4.4 no command error after recovery boot

I have a DigiLand Android tablet and got an update well since the update when my tablet is turned on it shows Digiland powered by Android with 2 green circles rotating different directions and when I try to master reset it it has an android guy layin down with a caution sign and underneath it it says no commands. What do I need to do to fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! Did this update come over-the-air, or did you manually install it from the website? If you manually installed it, are you certain the update was for your exact model? Flashing the wrong update for a device can brick it.

When you're in that "No Command" screen, you usually have to press a certain button combination to get to the Recovery Menu. On Nexus devices, you press and hold the Power button, then tap the Volume Up button, then release both at the same time, all in about a second. If you get to the Recovery Menu, try selecting Wipe Cache Partition.
