how do i get back a bluetooth handsfree device that I accidently unpaired on my Samsung s5

I accidently tapped unpair when jumping out the car and now the device is not coming back up when I go into my Bluetooth on my phone. How can I get it back up. I have done the cache thing, rebooted it several times, powered the handsfree on and off.... what now?
