How do I download photos from Galaxy SIII smartphone?

There is no memory card for this phone. I have no obvious way to download photos to my pc. How do I do it, or can I do it?

Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

Is the phone damaged?
You can attach a usb cable to a pc. You would need to remove any pin or password for the Lock Screen.

If the pc recognizes the drive, the photos will be in the phones DCIM folder.

Or you can use Samsung's Kies programme to transfer. It will also supply drivers for the pc if it's not recognised.
