How can I register my Note 4 on a mobile network in Hong Kong?

How can I register my note4 on a mobile network in Hong Kong

I can not register my note 4 (BT from UK) on any mobile network in hong kong. I had no problems to make calls in other countries and my sim does work on other phones in HKG but not on my new Note4.
Any idea what I need to do?

Hello. Did you use it first in the UK or Europe. If not Samsung's Region Lock may apply.
Hopefully it's something else.
