How do I disable voice notifications?

At an incoming call, I get a female voice telling me who's calling and to accept or decline, this is not my ringtone, my ringtone starts to play then the voice overrides it. How do I disable this notification?

I'm guessing you have a Samsung phone? If you do, check your Accessibility Settings for Talkback services. Also make sure that no 'hands-free' or 'car' modes are active as this might trigger the spoken interactions.
