Most repair shops won't use your parts - that's like bringing meat and vegetables to a restaurant and asking them to prepare a meal for you. You may find someone locally who both has the experience (don't let someone who has experience with electronics try it - replacing a screen requires experience in replacing screens) - and is willing to use the one you bought.

And don't be surprised if you bought a cheap screen and it turns out to be bad, or to be not the same as the original. (If you paid much less than $125, it's probably not the whole screen, and if you cracked the glass, you may have broken some of the layers under it, meaning that you need a whole screen.)
