Why can't I establish a reliable connection to the server?

i have samsung mobile GT-i8190 and when i open gmail id then he show me this sms plz you reed this sms i tipe cant establish a reliable connection to the server . this could be a temporary problem or your android device may not be provisioned for data services if it continues call customer care ? and please help me i have this problem before 5 day plz

Was there a time when you were able to send SMS messages, or have you never been able to do so? Or are you trying to send emails?
