Why there is no guest user mode in my phone on lollipop?

My phone is micromax android one and it is running on 5.1 lollipop. When I open Users & Profiles in settings tab , it displays nothing , only white screen with users written on the top

Have you set any unlock method (pattern, password...)? If you just have "swipe to unlock" maybe that's the reason you can't have a guest mode.

I just "swipe to unlock" and I have a guest mode.I do not use guest mode however.

I have the same problem .... I have a password lock and still does not have a guest mode.
