My Samsung S3's touchscreen doesn't work, what should I do?

The screen is not black at all but when I touch it to do some commands, it doesn't do anything. It just stays still. But then, I'll wait for less that 10 minutes and it will work normally again, but for a minute or less only. Then it will stop to work again. I already did the reboot thing and I've restarted my phone many times using the volume and power key but it doesn't solve the problem. And this problem started out of nowhere. What should I don?

Welcome to Android Central! The screen is probably failing. Back up all of your data now, and take the phone to a repair shop.
