How to get rid of a (possible) virus?

I have always downloaded music on my android from websites like mp3skull. My phone was fine until recently. It started freezing and shutting off. Then, it started force closing anything that I opened. I tried to do a scan with my antivirus, and it kept force closing. So I have another phone, and was planning on using it. I made the mistake of inserting my sd card into this phone as well. Whenever I try to download something (antivirus) The play store force close right before it installs.. I don't know what to do. I've factory reset and wiped the SD card and nothing is working. Can you help?

Reflash the ROM. If your paranoid, learn Linux, use dd to write random to all partitions, then reflash the ROM.
