Why wont my LG M100 (I think) connect to Wi-Fi?

[AC Question]

I have Wi-Fi, but I can't get into the play store! It'll only let me do it if my Wi-Fi is green, but it hardly ever is. HELP!!

Welcome to Android Central! There is no LG M100--can you be more specific with the model number?
