Samsung Note 4: Speaker phone drops after 5 minutes -need help?

Samsung Note 4: Speaker phone works well for a few minutes then the sound drops to non-speaker setting. The phone icon still reflects like it is in speaker phone mode but the sound is clearly not. If I click off of speaker, back to normal, and then speaker again, it goes back to working for a random set of minutes. Rinse and repeat as it happens somewhat often (5-10 minute intervals). Any thoughts?
