Moving default 'MEMO' App from Galaxy S1 to S5

So I finally got around to getting a new phone, I got my S1 in Feb of 2011 and had been hesitant to upgrade due to not knowing much about phones. I recently upgraded and got an S5 and I would like to transfer my Memo app, as there are years of notes and little important things in it, is there any way to move that data across into the S5's Memo app?

I had the same issue with my text messages, managed to save them into dropbox, but putting them onto my S5, so that my message history continues is also proving a problem.
