my android doesn't get the update. please help!!!

Hello. Can you help me please?? I have doogee dg310 voyager2 version 4.4.2. It used to get the update well. One day,my brother accidentally rooted it(with kingroot)and i unrooted it with a program. But now when i want to update it, when i am installing the update it shows me android logo with a red sign on the chest.Can you please help me??
What shouldi do because i heard that lollipop 5.0.1 was released for my phone and i really want it
