Why isn't my xperia m starting?

[AC Question]

Okay so my phone works really well but suddenly when i tried to start it, it won't.
Its getting stuck on the colorful waves and its been like that since an hour. I have no idea how it happened and I want it to be okay asap!
Please help me with some ways that my phone can start working.
I tried the holding of power button and volume up button while trying hard resetting. It shows display like the time and battery logo but it just disappears in a second.
Please help me out here.

It's called a bootloop. Is your phone on stock firmware? And rooted?
