HTC Desire 816G dual sim, ringtone for call not working

[AC Question]

When I receive a phone call or a sms text message the phone will vibrate only, it won't play any ringtone, but the sound/speakers work as I can play music and listen to videos, now when someone calls me on vider the phone will play the ringtone.
I have tried a full reset back to factory setting but this did not fix the problem,
Can anyone help me

Welcome to the forums. Sometimes, for me at least, the system doesn't attach a media file correctly. Have you tried a file exploring app? When I try to assign a file, an app comes up for me, and that usually works as well.

just open the mobile from back
and check out speaker if it right connected
no software no program just out speaker

The first thing to check is to make sure your ringtone volume is actually turned up. Ringtone volume is separate from Alarm and Media volume.
