How to copy contacts to sim with a broken screen?

I have the Galaxy S4, and my internal screen broke a couple days ago. I have contacts on my phone that are not on my sim card. I can't see the screen so I don't know where the buttons are to copy to my sim. My phone is connected through Google, however, I can't find a way through my computer in Google to see my contacts. I'm not sure if my contacts were in Google. Is there a way I can see my contacts from my phone through USB onto my computer? Or a way for Google to connect to my phone somehow?
On another note, Is there any way to backup data from certain apps that are on my phone so I have that information when I re download the apps onto my new phone?
