Greetings and welcome to Android Central!

Here's what I found:

i. To make a conference call

  1. Call the first contact that you want to include in the conference call.
  2. Tap Add call and then dial the number of the 2nd contact or you can make the call from the call log or contact list.

  3. When the 2nd participant accepts the call, you can tap Merge to setup a conference call between the 2 participants and yourself.

  4. Tap Add call to add another contact. You can now dial his/her number or tap his/her contact from the contact list or call log.
  5. When the call is accepted, tap Merge to connect the call to the conference call.
  6. You can repeat Step 4 to 5 to add more participants.
ii. To separate a contact form a conference call

  1. During a conference call, tap Manage.
  2. Tap

next to the contact you want to separate.

  3. After separating a contact, you can tap Swap

to switch between the call and conference call.
iii. To disconnect a contact from a conference call

  1. During a conference call, tap Manage.
  2. Tap
    note4_disconnect_call_icon_20150430.jpg
next to the contact that you want do disconnect.
iv. To end a conference call

  1. Simply tap

    to end the conference call.
Note: The steps here were written for Android 5.0.1 on a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910C). If you’re having a different model of Galaxy Note 4 or other version of Android, there’s a possibility that the steps and screenshots will be different.

And here's a thread asking similar that may impart some info: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...639-merging-calls-note-4-any-one-noticed.html

Hopefully all works out for you and enjoy!
