I dropped my samsung galaxy s4 and now my touch screen will not work please help me.

All my outside buttons work power volume but my touch screen is stuck on one page of my apps and will not move I've tried turning it off and taking the battery out nothing is working

It sounds like the phone has been damaged. I would take it to a repair shop or use insurance (if you have it).
