Samsung galaxy s4 won't turn on.

Hi there.
I have a Samsung galaxy s4 and it just stopped working, when I try and turn it on all I get is a buzzing and nothing after that, it also won't even charge up, so I tried a new battery but still the same, can anyone help as getting very frustraited.
