[AC Question]

It's stuck in some kind of unusual bootloop, which I'm calling re-bootloop... and NO, I'M NOT RESETTING IT!!!! I have a video explaining and showing it...

I checked out the video and this pretty odd. It starts and doesn't go past the animation. Have you tried factory resetting the device, you did not root and still have a locked bootloader. If the device is within warranty you can go that route but first try factory resetting it or booting into recovery to wipe everything that way as well.
