S3 mini is stuck on Samsung logo screen, how can I move it past this?

S3 mini is stuck on samsung logo screen

Whenever i try to turn my phone on, it gets to the logo part and the noise cuts away so it does not play the full set-up sound. It also then gets stuck on the Samsung logo screen. But i tried to look for a way to fix it so i tried all the methods such as putting the phone back to factory settings mode then rebooting it, but still gets stuck on the Samsung logo screen. Please help me as i have not been on my phone for about 3 days! Thanks
