Hi All. I have a samsung galexi 3 GT-19300 that is stuck on the start up acreen

I tried pressing the volume up in and the middle button also and then held then press and hold the power in also. this gets you to the reset menu to return your phone to factory settings. Well I am afraid that it didn't work for me. I am back in the same old place that I was in before I started. The black start up screen eith the samsung galexi logo on it and it will do nothing .
If any of you fine people could help me out I would one happy chap.

Welcome to Android Central! This kind of thing is usually either a firmware problem (i.e., corrupted), or a hardware problem (like a faulty Power button or motherboard).

You could see if you can reinstall the firmware via Odin: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html. Make sure you select the firmware for the exact phone model.
