IP Address and MAC Address Unavailable, Cannot turn on WiFi. What do I do?

IP Address and MAC Address Unavailable, Cannot turn on WiFi

The problem started when I restarted my phone then there was a message that said "Installing updates" something like that. Then when I checked, WiFi won't open.

My phone is Sony Xperia Z3 Compact.

I already performed factory reset, repair software, flashed it into Android 5.1.1 (the problem occurred when it was still 5.0.2).

Do you have any ideas what to do? Thanks.

I have the same problem, same phone - 5.1.1, both addresses now unavailable

Have somebody resolved the problem with wifi ?. please answer if yes. My phone just cant switch wifi on.
