Why do you call it the most durable phone you have?

A

AC Question

My experience is that it's a piece of crap. Had it for 10 days and had it in my pocket while mowing the lawn. It got a little bumpy but not enough to crack the screen but it did. When I called Samsung they said they could replace the screen for over $200 but that was all they could do. This is my first and last time I buy a Samsung - 10 days and $200+ more, I don't think so. And I'll tell everyone I know. Sad that companies today don't realy care about their products any more. I could be a great advertisement or their worst -

In the first place you haven't told us what phone you're talking about and in the second place do you think it's fair to judge a model of phone from one specimen and to pass that judgment on to others?
