How to permanently delete SPVideoCache and Hyprmx files?

Ever since last night, my galaxy s6 edge keeps getting notifications that my storage is low, but i know that i had not used even half of my 64 Gb. So I went into my files and saw that there was a SPVideoCache and Hyprmx files that contained thousands of other different files that you can't open. So I immediately deleted these files, but within about 10 minutes, I have the same problem. I tried several virus and malware scans with different protection apps, but they all recognized nothing. I do download a lot of music from online but have never had this issue.
